After moving here from the northeast, I've been searching for some pizza that's worthwhile. This pizza is not it. Sauce and dough are not flavorful at all, though the topping combos are interesting. It has a nice atmosphere to get some beer (no choice at all though) and listen to music, so I really WANTED to love this pizza. Its just not the case. I'd have to agree with stanton's review of the food. But the staff and atmosphere, and music are great, so its worth a trip (just don't eat the pizza)

I grew up in new york, and over the years Ive worked in family owned pizza places from nyc to dallas , I love trying new places to seek out the best pie in dfw. I was told to try the cadillac pizza pub,so I ordered a pie one night to take home and was very disapointed . This was the worst pizza I have ever had since I moved to texas 28 years ago. The pizza uas under cooked and tasted so bad we trashed it.

So this was the final destination for Friday on the Square. It was good, we ran into some friends of ours which was cool. I agree that the music was pretty loud, but it didnt surprise me. It was only my second time here, but still wont be my last.

We enjoy the Cadillac but the noise gets a bit much. When the weather is pleasant, try sitting outside and watching people go by.

Amazing pizza, awesome music and great drink prices. LOVE this place!! Lately it has been packed on the weekends, so get there a little early and grab a table.

So we decided to go and try out them out, we were in the mood for some live music, so we went on a Friday night. We heard a band that played old classic rock and they were completely awesome. They bring in different bands, so you would have to check out their schedule. The lady that was bartending was very knowledgeable about the drinks, the menu and everything else involved. The employees even appeared as if they liked working there. We had some quesadillas that were totally awesome. We enjoyed ourselves and will go back some time in the near future.

If your in the mood for great live music and good pizza and fun people...then THIS is the best place in McKinney!! Love this place!
